Payment Authorization:

By enrolling in recurring payments, you authorize Portal Health to charge your provided payment method on a bi-weekly basis for the amount of your service.

Recurring Billing Cycle:

Payments will be processed on the [e.g., 1st] of each month. If the scheduled date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may occur on the next business day.

Security & PCI Compliance:

We maintain industry-standard security (PCI DSS) to protect your payment data. Your information is encrypted and transmitted securely to our payment gateway, provided by Bank of America.

Failed Payments:

If a payment is declined, we will notify you immediately. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within [e.g., 5] days of the due date.

Changes to Terms:

We will provide at least [e.g., 30] days' notice via email before any changes to fees or billing terms take effect.
